I teach a range of classes across Altrincham, Alderley Edge and Knutsford, offering different styles to support strength, flexibility, relaxation and overall wellbeing.

A balanced class combining slower yin stretches with gentle flowing movement to improve mobility, flexibility and relaxation.

• developing a sustainable personal yoga practice
Private sessions are available in studio or at home and can also be combined with Reiki treatments for deeper support.

I offer Reiki energy healing sessions designed to support deep relaxation, emotional balance and nervous system regulation. Treatments provide a calm space for the body to release tension and restore energetic balance.

Alongside weekly classes and private sessions, I regularly host yoga workshops and retreats in the UK and abroad. These events offer a deeper opportunity to step away from daily routine and explore yoga, breathwork and relaxation in a more immersive setting.
Workshops often focus on specific themes such as mobility, nervous system regulation, restorative practices and developing a deeper understanding of yoga.
Retreats provide a chance to reset, reconnect and enjoy yoga in beautiful surroundings, with time for movement, rest and reflection.
